Aggregate Crushing Plant

Aggregate crushing plant includes vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor and centrally electric controlling system, etc. The designed capacity is from 50t/h to 500t/h. To meet customer’s specific requirement, we can also add other equipments such as cone crusher, dust catcher on the production line.

Big materials are fed to the jaw crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder through a hopper for primary crushing. After first crush, the material will transferred to impact crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crush; the crushed materials will then transferred to vibrating screen for separating. After separating, the parts that can meet standard will be transferred away as final products, while the other parts will be returned to impact crusher, thus forming a closed circuit. Size of final products can be combined and graded according to customer’s specific requirement. We can also equip dust catcher system to protect environment.

1. 40-60TPH aggregate crushing plant
40-60TPH (output 40-60 ton per hour) rock crushing plant features for its efficient automatic production, simple operation & installation, well-crushed stone shape and economical consumption.
Changeable screen meshes enable you to get various finished stone sizes which are applicable for manifold construction industry.
40-60TPH is mini-type crushing line; single equipment is movable to be operated in different mining sites. It is best choice for Medium-small scope business investment.

2. 100-120TPH aggregate crushing plant
100-120TPH rock crushing plant set Jaw crusher model PE600X900 as primary crushing, easy-changeable wearing parts of the crushing equipments are of high quality with abrasive characteristics, which decreasing the production cost, but increasing output greatly.
By replacing different screen mesh sizes, various final products are getable, or alternatively, VSI crusher is expected to work together for making sand as final products.
Tailor-made dust catcher or dust cover can also serve to this plant.
This crushing plant is very popular in Africa, Middle East, India, South Africa, Sudan, they are applied in granite, basalt, limestone, iron mines.

3. 150TPH-180TPH aggregate crushing line
In comparison with 100-120TPH rock crushing plant, 150TPH-180TPH rock crushing line is more competent when processing medium or over hard ores, especially while it is used for producing big aggregate.
All the machines applied in this production line work together and form a circle flow production line, which improve the efficiency and make the central control easier.
The primary jaw crusher PE750X1060 equips with stronger, enhanced jaw plates and larger feed opening, which increases the reduction ratio. In addition, thicker steel plate has been applied to main frame and flywheels, while the diameter of the flywheels are enlarged that greatly increased the weight of the machine, so when it works, the vibration is very slight but the crushing kinetic energy is very forceful.
The secondary crusher we use is impact crusher which is widely used and welcomed by users in lots of countries due to its high working efficiency.
For the purpose of improving finished products’ quality, water pipe or other washing equipments can be equipped upon filtrating equipments to clean the finished products.
Tertiary crusher such as VSI or others may work as additional processing machines to diversify the final products. Tailor-made dust catcher or dust cover can also be applied to this plant.

4. 200-250TPH aggregate crushing plant
200-250TPH (output 200-250 ton per hour) production line exploit the potential of PE750X1060 as the preliminary jaw crusher. In practical production, through enlarging the outlet size, the overall output and production efficiency are improved greatly, meanwhile, the service time of machine is extended and production cost is reduced.
In secondary crushing process, two impact crushers (PF-1214) operate at the same time, which ensures its output. The reduction ratio can be controlled by regulating the impact-bracket. The finished products are expected to be regular cube-shaped, needle shape take up small proportion, no inner-cracks, with high compressive strength. They are quite suitable for speedway, bridge, tunnel and other construction projects.
By utilizing a more efficient Round Vibrating Screen during the filtration processing, the raw material is more precisely and sufficiently classified.
This production line can also be perfected by other supplementary equipments so as to get further processing products.

5. 300-350TPH crushing plant
300-350TPH crushing plant features for its large scope production, good performance, convenient operation, this line can achieve high reduction ratio with great output.
The third largest Jaw crusher model PE900X1200 works as primary crushing, its over sized feed opening & unique Jaw plates make it readily crush 750mm into small sizes.
All the spare parts assembled are of top quality (bearing, motor, eccentric shaft, screen mesh, etc.), this ensure the stable working status for all the equipments.
Secondary crushing process is performed by two sets of impact crusher model PF-1315 which is superior in its larger feed opening and rotor, the final product sizes can be controlled through regulating impact-bracket.
Tertiary crusher such as VSI or washing machine may work as additional mining equipments to diversify the final products, meanwhile, tailor-made dust catcher or dust cover maybe the last step to perfect this line on the basis of environmental protection.
