While working, material can be crushed into ideal size by cone crusher. And by vibrating screen, the final products can be divided into different specifications and the stacking can be transmitted through belt conveyer. Because of adopting new high-efficiency cone crusher, the processing and crushing of the material can be done at one step. The size of the final products is uniform and the efficiency is greatly improved. This machine can also be used for shaping of the stone on demand with YGE series, YSF series mobile crushing plant or other crushing plant. Anyhow, it is multiple functional.
Crusher Features
YSY Series mobile cone crusher crushing plant (medium crushing) is developed according to the working principle and crushing effect of cone crusher and impact crusher. The feeding size and output size are very different with other kinds of crusher. Meanwhile, it also has the common advantages of YGE series and YSF series mobile crushing plant.
1. Strong overall coordination, compact structure which save a lot of time and space for the construction site. The flexibility is greatly improved. Meanwhile, plenty of infrastructure construction is avoided and the investment cost is greatly reduced.
2. The base of the coarse mobile crushing plant is high. The width of the machine is less than that of semi-trailer. The semidiameter for turning is shot. All these characters make it easier for running on the rugged bad roads in the crushing site and for the installation in the reasonable construction area.
3. The cone crusher can be used for coarse crushing sometimes and can also be used for producing medimum and fine final products. Its character of versatility reduces the transmission cost directly. In addition, the king-size machine can load the crushed material into the hopper of transport truck directly so that the material can be transmitted in time.
4. The cone crusher adopts static pressure principle. The shake is absorbed by secondary isolation which is helpful for installation.
5. Higher crushing ratio of cone crusher and stable work save much time to a great degree.
6. Because of adaptable and flexible plans, it can be used independently or for team work with coarse crushing plant. The diesel generator can also provide power for the teamwork machine in the production flow besides for itself. The adaptability of the machine is greatly improved.
