Choose the working place→Level the place→Transport the mobile crushing plant to the reasonable place→Extend the elevating landing leg→Dig a hole under the fixed leg. The hole’s size is up the soil. If the soil is loosening, please dig deeper and larger.→Fix the active leg to the fixed leg with binder bolt→ Fill the hole of active leg with concrete→Adjust the face of concrete after congealing→ Retract the elevating landing leg. Easy to transport
Y series Mobile crushing plant has high on-board chassis, short wheel base and tight turning radius, which is convenient for road transportation, especially for driving to crushing sites that are difficult to access. The set-up time of the portable crushing plant are greatly reduced, compared with the stationary one.
Greatly reduce material transportation cost
Y series Mobile crushing plants crush the material on site, without transporting the materials for off-site crushing, so the material transportation cost is greatly reduced.
Wide applications
To different customers’ requirements, Y series portable crushing plant can be operated as independent units, or as two-stage crushing plant with primary and secondary crushing, or as three-stage crushing plant with primary, secondary, and tertiary crushing. Likewise, Y series portable crushing plant can be easily adjusted to suit the crushing application by choosing feeding to crusher or feeding to screen options.
