Vibrating Feeder
Vibrating feeder is also named vibrate feeding machine. The feeding engine is divided into the steel plate structure and the grid structure, the steel plate structure feeding engine is used in the granulated substance stone material production line, sends the material into in the detritus equipment evenly and completely.
The grid structure's feeding engine may carry on the coarse fraction to the material, causes the system to be more economical and reasonable in the configuration, and has taken the essential equipment in the stave screening. It is widely used to match the crushing and sieving equipments in many industries including metallurgy, coal mine, mineral dressing, building material, chemical, grinding, etc.
Working Principle
Vibrating Feeder produced centrifugal force by using of the eccentric block in the vibrators, which make some moving parts such as screen and vibrators to make a mandatory consecutive round or nearly round sports. Materials make a continuous throwing movement on the sieve screen surface and sent the material to the mouth continuous.

If use a closed fuselage, it can prevent dust pollution. Electromagnetic vibrating feeder is used to make material supply to the affected material devices equably or quantification ally from the storage silo or other storage device, is essential for the implementation of automated assembly line equipment. There are two kinds , open or closed.
Electromagnetic vibrating feeder structure is simple and easy to operate, without Run-oriented, low power consumption; you can even adjust the volume to the ore; so it is widely used, but generally used in loose materials. According to equipment performance requirements, the machine designed should minimize the pressure which material produced to the tank. According to manufacturer requirements, the mouth of the storage should not be greater a quarter of the slot width, the rate of the material should be controlled between 6 min to 8min .Nesting at bottom of the silo should be set high enough intercept mineral board.
For the purpose of not affecting the performance, intercept mineral board shall not be fixed to the plate on the tank. To enable a smooth discharge silo, the inclination of silo posterior is best between 55-65 degrees.Vibrating Feeder Data
